The CMR-direct site is now your first stop when searching for equipment for low-temperature or condensed matter laboratories. We have aimed to make the experience of browsing this site as simple and informative as possible – including as many high-quality photographs, specifications and files of supporting information as possible. We have also tried to reflect the clear modular structure of our apparatus by listing the subitems that each assembly is made of. In this way you can drill down through a sequence of assemblies to gain a precise understanding of exactly what you would be getting and how our systems go together and how they may be extended in your laboratory.
Shopping
Items available for immediate purchase can be placed in the shopping cart and checked out in the normal way. You can select the currency you would like to be billed in at any time and the exact price you will pay will be automatically calculated and displayed. We can now accept a variety of international credit cards (Visa, Delta, etc etc), billed on shipment of your goods, as well as offering account payment on receipt of an official order from your institution.
The CMR-direct site also acts to showcase our ranges of modular cryogenic systems. These and other items not available for immediate sale can be selected and placed in your QuoteCart – a unique facility that allows you to build up the specifics of a complex system, that can be later sent to us for a formal quotation.
My Account and Security
Clicking the ‘My Account’ button at the top right of the window will bring you to the account index page where you view or change your account information, view old orders, or your current quotecart, and register for newsletters and product notifications.
Here you can also change your contact or shipping details, set-up multiple shipping addresses and change your password.
Here at CMR-direct we take your security very seriously so if you have been issued with a default password when your account was set up you will be prompted to change this to one known only to yourself when you have logged in. Please check that your registered email address is correct at this point, as this will guarantee that if you ever need to have your password reset (should you forget it) we are able to send it to direct to you.
