CMR-Direct provides two possible methods of paying for shipping:
1) We can ship the merchandise via your choice of shipping agent on your existing account. You will be asked for the account number at the end of placing your online order.
The Direct-Tracking package tracking service is not available if we ship using your courier account like this.
2) We can arrange shipping. Price is dependent upon location, merchandise weight and merchandise value and will be calculated for you at the end of the online ordering process.
Most UK shipments will be sent via a full trackable UPS Economy Service.
Most international shipments are sent by UPS express saver with a 2-4 day delivery time though we can offer fedex or DHL services if you have special requirements.
Once the package has been despatched the Direct-Tracking shipment history can be viewed using the order history tab on your account page (you will need to login to see this).
