GE Varnish
For heatsinking wires to low temperature surfaces GE varnish (sometimes called IMI 7031, GE 7031 or VGE 7031) is the long-standing choice for low temperature research.

Readily thinned with up to 50% ethanol, it can also be used where wires need to be prevented from moving (eg in a high-magnetic field) or in sticking down thin film heaters non-permanently.
