Using this site

We have aimed to make the experience of browsing this site as simple and informative as possible – including as many high-quality photographs, specifications and files of supporting information as possible. In this way you can gain a precise understanding of exactly what you would be purchasing and how it can be used in your laboratory.

Shopping

Items available for immediate purchase can be placed in the shopping cart and checked out in the normal way. We have developed this site to operate in multiple-langauges - if for any reason you wish to change the language you can select this from the top menu-bar. You can also select the currency you would like to be billed in at any time and the exact price you will pay will be automatically calculated and displayed. You can chose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or through your existing accounts department after we have issued them with a proforma invoice. For established trading with academic and research institutions we can also offer 30-day credit account terms, and despatch of orders immediately following receipt of an official order.

My Account and Security

Clicking the ‘My Account’ button at the top right of the window will bring you to the account index page where you view or change your account information, view old orders, or your current cart or wishlist, and register for newsletters. Here you can also change your contact or shipping details, set-up multiple shipping addresses and change your password.

At CMR-direct we take your security very seriously so if you have been issued with a default password when your account was set up you will be prompted to change this to one known only to yourself when you have logged in. Please check that your registered email address is correct at this point, as this will guarantee that if you ever need to have your password reset (should you forget it) we are able to send it to direct to you.
