Returns and Refunds
Sometimes mistakes occur and you may end up purchasing an item that is not suitable for your application. Generally if this happens and the items are identified within 28 days and are suitable for resale we can consider a return and refund subject to the following conditions:-
- The return is despatched at your own expense. Once the goods are received and checked for condition you will be refunded the goods amount minus any additional customs duties levied.
- The customer is responsible for all customs charges and regulatory compliance in their own country so it is not possible to accept arbitrary returns on the basis that the recipient was unable or unwilling to complete these processes. In this case if the package is returned to us by the courier we can only offer a refund of the goods items value returned minus a handling and processing fee of GBP 30.00 to cover the cost of processing and packing the original order.
- Shipments containing Dangerous Goods (either in limited or excepted quantities) cannot be returned by the customer as they will not have an audited capacity to pack these items to the relevant IATA or ADR standards and so no DG courier will legally be able to pick these items up.
- Shipments containing wire, cable, hose or other items that have been cut to length, plus custom cable assemblies cannot be returned as they cannot easily be resold.
